Sign-in and your account

Google sign-in and Google One Tap create your Apex account. We save your name, email, profile image, and Google account identifier before you connect ChatGPT. These details remain if you leave during the ChatGPT step. We request no access to your Google contacts. We discard Google access, refresh, and identity tokens after verification.

One Tap loads Google’s sign-in service on the login page. Google controls whether the prompt appears. You can always use the Google sign-in button.

ChatGPT device sign-in verifies your identity through OpenAI. You enter your password only on OpenAI. We verify the returned identity token, save your provider identifier and email when available, and discard the provider tokens. We do not store your OpenAI access or refresh tokens.

Your training progress

We save completed lesson identifiers and completion times with your Apex account. We use this data to show your progress when you return. The guided exercises use prepared coaching notes and do not call an AI service.

Payments

Stripe processes payments on its checkout page. We store the purchase identifier, access plan, purchase date, update term, and refund status with your Apex account. We do not store card numbers. We record your first completed exercise to show the access options.

Cookies and storage

Cloudflare hosts the site and its database. A necessary, secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. A temporary cookie links a sign-in code to your browser. Sign out to end the current session. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

External practice

You can copy a practice prompt and open ChatGPT separately. You choose whether to paste it there. That conversation follows OpenAI’s account settings and terms. Apex does not receive its messages or results.

Earlier registrations

Earlier waitlist entries remain in our database. The waitlist form is closed. We do not sell your information. This release has no automated marketing emails.

Technical information

Cloudflare processes connection information to serve the site and limit repeated requests. We do not save IP addresses in the course database.
